Owned by Paul Nero, Stay Exuma defines luxury to the fullest. His family and friends have been going to the Exuma's for over a decade and consider it their home away from home. He invites you to come and stay so you can enjoy the beauty of Exuma and be treated like royalty.

Every house offers breathtaking views from every angle with large sliding doors and windows that bring the outside in. No one feels left out of the conversation with the open floor plan. If you decide to eat in, you won’t be disappointed. This gourmet kitchen is fitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances. In the cabinets you will find plenty of plates, cups, pots & pans, and anything else needed to make yourself a delicious dinner. The oversized island makes it easy for prepping meals or enjoying a drink with family & friends. Enjoy sitting at the large island or have the whole family enjoy a meal at the dining table.

Take a step outside and enjoy all the outdoor living. Each house has a pool large enough for the whole family, take a swim or just enjoy sitting on the 8ft tanning ledge. Relax under the covered porch or take a few more steps to the Gazebo where you could use a state of the art grill, pour yourself a drink, or just sit and feel like you are on your own private island.
